
Is a neuroscientist and researcher at the Department of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Parma, where she leads national and international research projects on the neurobiological basis of the plasticity of body representation in physical and technological space.
After earning her PhD in Neuroscience in 2015, she conducted research at several international universities, including Assam University (India), the University of Essex (UK), and the Berlin School of Mind and Brain (Germany), and was a visiting professor at the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo (Argentina).
She is a member of the Bioethics Center at the University of Parma, a member of the scientific committee of the Turin Biennale, and a trustee of Imminent Translated's Research Center. The author of numerous publications in international peer-reviewed scientific journals, she wrote "L'algoritmo bipede" for EGEA.
