1. Create your SPIN account
Register on the Sportello Internet portal to obtain your User ID and Password.

2. Submit your application
• Log in to the Sportello Internet portal.
• Open the menu (top right).
• Select SegreteriaPreiscrizioni.
• Former IUAV students should select Domanda di ammissione.
• Choose the Master's programme and complete the online application form.

IMPORTANT: Your application is valid only after payment of the non-refundable €50 application fee.

3. After admission
If your application is approved by the Academic Committee, complete your enrolment within the official deadlines.

Non-EU applicants
If you live outside Italy and require a visa, you must also complete the pre-enrolment procedure through the Universitaly portal by selecting 'International Students → Pre-enrol now'.
Visa applications must follow the deadlines established each year by the Italian authorities.

IMPORTANT: You must obtain your visa before the official start date of the programme.

Applications 15 July – 4 September 2026 at 12.00 CET
Duration 9 months (6 weeks on campus + 3 online modules)
Attendance Minimum 70% attendance is required.
Entry Requirements* A Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent university qualification recognized by IUAV). Additional admission requirements may apply. Please read the notes below if you obtained your degree outside Italy.
Application Fee €50 (non-refundable)
Tuition Fee €13,000
Payment Through the PagoPA system. Tuition fees are paid in two instalments.
Application Online through the IUAV Student Portal (Sportello Internet).
Required Documents European CV, valid ID, degree certificate, portfolio/book (optional), and any additional documents required by the admission regulations.
International Students Non-EU applicants requiring a visa must also complete the Universitaly pre-enrolment procedure and obtain a student visa before the beginning of the programme.
Scholarships A limited number of €6,000 scholarships will be available. The scholarship call will be published soon.

  • A copy of your degree certificate in the original language.
  • Your Diploma Supplement or Transcript of Records in Italian or English, indicating the EQF (European Qualifications Framework) level of your qualification.

2. Applicants holding a qualification awarded in a country outside the Bologna Process

Please upload the following documents:

  • A copy of your degree certificate in the original language.
  • Your Transcript of Records.
  • One of the following documents:
    • A Statement of Comparability issued through CIMEA (Credential Information Service): https://cimea-diplome.it/
    • Or a Declaration of Value issued by the Italian Embassy or Consulate with jurisdiction over your place of residence.
